High flows in Rapid Creek have begun to accelerate erosion of the creek bank near the Water Reclamation Facility Administration Building. An emergency declaration will allow City staff to expedite short term repairs for stabilization of the creek bank. The status and condition of the creek bank will be evaluated after creek flows are reduced. A long term solution will be implemented, if needed, at that time. |
